Participants came out in force, and were coupled together to form the pertect salmon and wine combination. Guests sampled a wide variety of decadent salmon dishes and sipped glasses of pinot noir and pinot blane. And now, throughout the rest of July and August, participating restaurants are featuring special dishes guaranteed to tempt the taste buds.
