Rumors of her apartment building being converted into fractional interests, a transaction that bypasses the municipal approval process, have galvanized her and many of her approximately 500 fellow ten- ants. - North Vancouver District social planner Mark Bostwick confirmed the building’s owners divided the property into 114 fractional interests earlier this year. He said owner Shaughnessy Industrial Park Ltd. paid for the trans- action, so presumably the company did so for a purpose, which could be selling.
