BYLAW 6070 Applicant: Location: “Rezoning Bylaw 819" The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver Lots 1-10 and 20-25, Block A, Plan 7431, Lots 26-29, Block A, Plan 7741, and the south 75.24m of Lot 34, Block A, Plan 8605; ALL of District Lot 825 : Proposed Amendments: Creation of a new multiple-family zoning category — RM6 — based on a density of 24 units per acre (1 unit per 1800 sq.ft. of lot area); replacement of the term “residentiai building, garden apartment” with “residential building, multiple family’’ throughout the Zoning Bylaw; and application of the RM6 Zone to the subject properties. The proposed zoning amendments establish the development poten- tial of the subject lands and clarify the description of the various medium density multi-family building forms presently being developed in this District.
