changes from previous races: fewer
hills, and shower and change facil-
ities.

Beginning and ending at the
North Shore Winter Club, the run
will feature men’s,. women's,
junior, open, masters and senior
prize categorics.

For those wha would prefer not
to. run, there will be a non-
competitive five-kilometre walk or
a 45-minute aerobic workout pres-

ented by the NSWC.

Official .entry forms. are
available at the winter club or
Lions Gate Hospital, and must be
mailed along with a $17 registra-
tion fee, which includes a race
sweatshirt, to, P.O. Box. 86639,
