Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. water Wash corned beef well in cold water. Place meat in large heavy pan and cover with water, Bring ta boil and boil about 3 minutes, Pour off water and again cover with cold water. Add remaining ingredients and. bring to boil, Lower heat immediately and simmer 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender, When finished, remove from water and set aside. Combine sauce ingredients, One- half hour before serving place pre- pared corned beef ina shallow pan, fat side up and poor the glaze over meat. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
