Pony automobiles to Canada arrived in Vancouver
recently, at the Fraser Wharves poft-of-entry in

Richmond, B.C.

Hyundai Auto Canada
Inc., a Division of Hyundai
Canada Inc., will supply 1500
Ponys to 50 Canadian dealers
before the new year. —

Three models are available
in the Pony line. All are
equipped with 1439. c.c.
engines. The L-model
features a four-speed manual
or three-speed automatic

transmission, while the GL
and GLS models offer a five-
speed manual or the optional
three-speed automatic.

All Hyundai Ponys are
four-door hatchback models
and come equipped with
Canadian made Michelin
four-season radial tires and
L.O.F. Canadian
windshields.

Base price of the 1984
Pony is $5795, and is ex-
pected to compare favorably -
in the Canadian car market.
