Men, have you considered
a career as a Long Term
Care aide? Most LTC aides
are women, and _ the
organizers of the LTCA
program at Capilano College
are specifically interested in
encouraging men to enroll in
their fall program since men
are very much in demand in
the field.

The LTCA program is a
four month full-time course
which qualifies students to
work in extended care, inter-
mediate care and personal
care settings as an Aide to to
her health professionals.

Applicants for the LTCA
program must be 19 or over,
in good health and with
grade 10 equivalent reading
and writing skills. Most
important, of course, they
must have a genuine interest
in caring for people.

There will be a
Long Term Care Upgrading
program for people already
working in the field offered
in January 1984. For more
