That was the good news in the 1982 West Van budget bylaw which passed all three readings without debate at Monday's council meeting. Final adoption of the budget will take place at a special council meeting Friday morning. Total 1982 revenues and expenditures are # 4 : ‘ WALKO $48,461,700, down from a corrésponding 1981 figure of $49,317,200. This total covers taxes collected by the municipality for other agencies - including West Van School Board - as well as the municipality's own operating budget.
