Words of Wisdom for the
Weight Conscious:

When I was a child, I
remember once hearing an
uncle read the words of
David from the Book of
Psalms:

“Set a watch, O Lord,
before my mouth;

Keep the door of my lips,”

(Psalm 141:3)
