A man who allegedly tried
to lure three young boys into
bushes near Plymouth
Schoo! in North Vancouver
two weeks ago was arrested
by North Van RCMP last
week.

But North Van RCMP
spokesman said the man,
who was identified as a local
transient, was later released
and not charged because he
had not committed = any
crime.

“It should be pointed out
that although the suspect
may have had_= criminal
intenlions this in itself is not
an offence and there 1s no
indication of criminal
uvity.” spokesman said
