bikes, or motor homes, there's a specialized mag for
you. Some other time, I'll get around to telling you
about the forcign magazines like Style Auto, m-
pion, Car, and Autosport, and about the industry
weekly Automotive News out of Detroit, but I should
take the last bit of space available to rave about the
current Vancouver agazine (while it’s still on the
stands). The May issue's been out for a few weeks
already (it's the one with the Golden cover, if ou
haven't picked one up yet), and it features a great
7 page look at this year's significant automotive trends,
put together by the magazine's esteemed duo of car
nuts; Editor/Scribe ac Parry, and Illustrator
Murrary Tonkin. Mac Parry's observations and
reminiscences of things automotive, combined with
the original art of Murray Tonkin, appear in Van-
couver Magazine fairly regularly and are

recommended (both for entertainment value, an for
usefuliness in helpin a choose a car). The May spread’s
