A controversial edited version of George Cuffs
review of West Vancouver District’s operations has

raised more questions than it has answered.
The Culf Report, which was commissioned by council last January to exam:
ine the “overall structure and function of the district and recommend appro-
priate changes,” was finally released Monday.
According to Coun. Ron Wood, Cuff got the job “based pnmanly on (his)
reputanon and expenence.”
But Coun. Victor Durman
claimed that the watered
down public version failed to
convey many of the pertinent
points and recommendations
mentioned in the original ver
