March 10
1. Cates Park
Police called to Cates Park
for a submerged vehicle. A
stolen 1995 Nissan 240 ZX is

about 26 metres out into the
water from the boat ramp.
The vehicle was stolen from
Burnaby. It had been heavily
damaged before being sunk.

March 15

2. Cleveland Park
Assault. A 22-year-old
male out for a walk at 12:30
a.m. near the Cleveland Park
washrooms was jumped by

two men. His wallet was taken
with ID and some cash. One
suspectis described as Asian,
5°10". The other suspect
wore glasses. The victim suf-
fered some minor head
injuries. Call the RCMP if you
have information about this
attack, 985-1311.

tion of a moving company
where a dispute is going on
between a customer and
employee. The customer
states the moving company
was supposed to return furni-
ture for her to a rental compa-
ny about one vear ago. It was
picked up but never delivered.
She is now being sued by the
rental company. The moving

Auto theft. Suspects broke
into six vehicles, must had the
windows smashed, one intact
