fans will fondly remember,
launched the Petticoat way
back in October 1987. It was
quickly regarded as one of
the North Shore's best fish

He pulled up stakes and

north to the Yukon
Territories.

Time for a bit of fishing

bushel-load. Perhaps a little
too much peace and quiet,
did you say Mr. Archer?

Yes.

He returned after a short
Yukon sojourn.

And darned if he didn’t
get right back into the
restaurant trade. Are ye a
glutton for punishment Mr.
Archer? I thought you were
thinking up there.

These restaurateurs, a
dotty lot, they are folks.

Archer's Yorkshire Rose
bloomed in Abbotsford.

Then word of the
Petticont’s demise reached the
Archer household.

He rushed to its rescuc.

And now, it has been raised
from the ‘dead, menu virtually
intact from its ‘original Archer
days: Halibut, Cod, Haddock...
and chips; Beefsteak and.
Kidney Pie, Toad in the
Hole, Grilled Gammon Ham,
Bangers and Mash.

to his fresh seafood steaming

Sicilian mafia. It is a succu-~.-
lent new strain of the shellfish.
that has its origins in the
Black Sea but is now farmed
in Washington state and
imported by Zogaris. - -

Steam said mussels in:
Mimi’s convection steamers.
Add butter, lemon and
maybe a dash of tabasco
sauce. Delicious harbor-side
experience.

Mussel sales have
increased steadily since
Zogaris dropped the smaller
Prince Edward Island variety .
and replaced them with the .
extroverted Mediterrancans.
