to face various charges.

Before Judge £.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
on July #2:

Marvin Dean Johnson was fined
$500 after the 26-year-old North
Vancouver man pieaded guilty to
theft of clothing from Sears on
July 11.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
West Vancouver provincial court
on July 9:

David John Ledgerwood was
fined $500 and placed on proba-
tion for six months after the 20-
year-old North Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to stealing coins on
Sept. 13, 1990.

Terrance Samuel Hachy, of no
fixed address, was sentenced to 21
days in jail and placed on proba-
tion for six months after the 42-
vear-old man pleaded guilty to
stealing jeans from The Bay on
July 5.
