The final standings for the league put Team Corona in first place Cannery i in second, Rounders West in third and Vandals in fourth, The North Shore men’s basket- Swim club gets coach STEVE K®.ASSEN has joined the North Vanccover Craisers Swim Club as coxch for the coming season, Klassen, 2 gradvate of Hand- sworth high school, swam with the Cruisers for 10 years. He joins head coach Cynthia Hirst and coach Susan Wilisen and will in- struct during the May to August swim season. Klassen was a former junior leader and assistant coach for the club. He is currently finishing his second year at Simon Fraser Uni- versity. Membership in the Cruisers is open to boys and girls aged five and up who can swim one length of a recreation centre pool. ». A fun splash party is being held at Ron Andrews Pool on Saturday, April 8 from 9 a.m. to noon. Prospective members and their parents are invited to meet the coaches and learn about the pro- gram.
