Big Brothers celebrate

THE BIG BROTHERS organiza-
tion on the North Shore has been
busy celebrating Christmas.

On Sunday, Dec. 11, a group of
Big and Little Brothers turned out
to decorate their Christmas tree
and to watch the parade of carol
ships at the Lonsdale Quay Mar-
ket. Hot chocolate was served,
courtesy of the Lonsdale Quay
Hotel.

The Big Brothers’ Christmas tree
will be on display in the market for
the remainder of the Christmas
season.

Both Santa and Mrs. Claus
delighted Little and Big Brothers at
the North Shore branch’s
Christmas party held recently at
the West Vancouver YMCA.

Presents were provided for Little
Brothers and for boys on the
waiting list for Big Brothers,
courtesy of CKNW Radio.
