murderers

their entire term. Since we
don’t have capita] punish-
ment, I think we should be

and would have to be

generalize on the behavior
of everyone who has sery-
ed ten years in prison

Under our present laws, it is possible for a person convicted of se-
cond degree murder to be sentenced for up to twenty-five years, but
be out on the streets on parole after serving 10 years. Today’s ques-
tion is: ‘‘Should there be no parole for convicted murderers?’’
