‘Contaminated ’

college are contaminated by

being investigated by the
North Shore Board of Health
and the dairy.

Vancouver soon will be
closed to the public from 10
p.m. to 6 a.m. in an effort to
curb rowdyism and _ van-
dalism.

Monday night in response to
a police request. The motion
