By Anna Marie D'Angelo News Reporter Herbert John Bailey, 70, plead- ed guilty to the charge on Nov. 30 in North Vancouver provincial court. Judge Bill Rodgers fined the motorist. The North Vancouver RCMP had recommended an impaired dri- ving charge and a charge of driving without due care and attention against Bailey, according to police.
