‘Teens arrested THE NORTH Vancouver RCMP arrested two teens Tuesday, Jan. 12, after following up ‘on a tip provided by a vigilant neighbor. According to a police spokesman the person reported to the police that three young suspects had entered a house located in the 300-block of West 19th Street. The caller believed the youths were possibly performing a burglary. The police were dispaiched to the scene. The three suspects saw the police officers and a foot chase ensued. Two young offenders were subsequently arrested. The property was recovered, and it was confirmed that the house had been burglarized at about } p.m. .As a result of the alertness of the neighbor, the police were able to capture the (wo. The suspects, a 15- and a 16-year-old, are both from North Vancouver. Const.
