Venezuelan Rice 1 tb. lean ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 large green pepper, chopped 1- 28-0z. tin canned tomatoes 1 tin consomme, undiluted Y cup sherry 2 teaspoons chili powder salt and pepper 1 cup dry, regular white rice 1 cup sliced black clives 1 cup grated old Cheddar cheese Brown meat with onion and pepper. Add tomatoes, soup, sherry and seasonings. Boil. Add rice and olives and boil again. Turn into a large casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375°F, 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more.
