As the succesnful candidate, ‘you
will be responsible for process:
Ing all incoming and outgoing
mail, the co-ordination of

of postage equipment. Your
dutles also include acting as key
operator for ail phctocopiers and
receptionist rellef on a busy Mitel
switchboard.

You will have the ability, energy
and flexibility to manage muitipie

communication, Interpersonal
and organizational skills are
esseritial and you wilt be able to
work independently using your
own Initiative.

Salary is in the $15,600 to $18,700
per annum range.

temporary part-time payroll clerk
for two to three days oer week for
approximately 4 to 6 months. The
incumbent will be responsible ‘for
checking payroll, doing data in- |
