of dollars), offered by many com-

With unit pricing a person with
a large living/dining room may
seem to be getting a deal, while
those with smaller rooms often p3y
more than necessary. In addition
this type of offer often involves
only surface cleaning, and in most
cases inferior products, making it
need cleaning again sooner than

The employees of companies
that offer unit pricing are
motivated to keep their sales high
in order to stay at the top of the
work list. Not only does this mean
that the products may be inferior,
but that you must put up with high
pressure sales tactics, and often
spend more than you planned.

ly what you will get, you get
nothing more than what you payed

products to achieve excellent
