Gate Hospital on Tuesday, September
21, 1993, aged 67 years. etty is susviv-
ed by her loving husband Alex; sons
Bruce (Sandy) and Rob; grandchildren
Kristena and Elizabeth; brothers Bill,
Ooug (Eileen), Stan ("Dooley") and
Bruce (Heather); as well as nephews and
nieces. Betty was born in New
Westminster in 1926. Her married life
was spent in North Vancouver. For those
desiring, donations in Betty's memory,
to The Lions Gate Hospital Foundation
would be greatly appreciated. A memo-
rial service will be held at 2 p.m. on
Saturday, September, 25, 1993 in the
Boal Chapel of FIRST MEMORIAL

POWRIE ~- Mark, peacefully surrounded
by his family and friends in Vancouver
on Wednesday, September 22, 1993 at
the age of 34. Loving son of Jean and
Bill. He is also survived by his brother
Steven and Rhonda, brother Donald and

Brianna. He is remembered with joy by
his special friend Anita, many friends in

stepson Robert Reynolds and wife.
Cherished grandmotier of Samuel
Blacklock, Sara Blacklock, Erynne Ed-
monds and Brianne Edmonds. Survived
by her sister Helen Bodkin and is
predeceased by her 2 brothers Walter
and Al Green. She will be lovingly
semembered by her sisters-in-law,
brothers-in-lay and many nieces and
nephews. A special thank-you to all her
wonderful iriends, Dr. Susan Pawlowski,
Diane, Momtass, Lions Gate Palliative
Care Nurses for their concern and .sup-
port. Thank-you to Dr. Smith, Dr. Boldt,
Dr. Klima and staff of the Cancer Clinic.
