Gourmet tours offered

IMAGINE AN easy paddle out of
Deep Cove followed by a gourmet
meal on a peaceful little island.

In conjunction with Ron An-
drews Recreation Centre, Ingrid
Baxter of the Deep Cove Canoe
and Kayak School will take adults
on relaxing gourmet canoe and
kayak tours.

Upcoming trips will introduce
paddlers to the flora and fauna,
some beautiful Deep Cove homes,
Indian pictographs on the rocky
shores and the peace and serenity
of Indian Arm.

Best of all it is a chance to meet
others who appreciate the outdoors
and good food. Gourmet ham and

cheese croissants followed by fruit,
juice and a special dessert are
prepared by Chefi’s in Deep Cove.

experience necessary, Rest stops
are planned so no one has to work
