In other action, the Tween ‘‘B’’ Eagles scored a 7-1! victory over Delta. A strong defensive game for the Eagles was turned in by Jennifer MacDonald, Tiffany Saibel and Allison Gibbs. Also adding to the team effort were Erin Dowling and Joanna Wyler who each scored a goal. The Junior ‘‘B" girls, meanwhile, downed PoCo 5-2 with Diane Reitzner and Nicole Miller teading the offence for the local team. The Belle ‘‘B'* Blades were also victorious as the team downed the North Shore Winter Ciub 13-4. First-year player Lisa Houpalainen scored her first-ever goal in the victory. In other action, the Deb ‘‘Destroyers’’ pulled out a 3-3 tie against Langley.
