Outdoor Excursions "91 program offers five different trips of varying lengths for teens 13 to !7 years of age. A three-day bike trip on the Gulf Istands (June 29-july 1) or the San Juan Islands (Aug. 3-5) costs $119. A four-day canoe trip around Pitt Lake (July 23-26) is $149, while five days of canoeing throughout the Powell Lake chain (Aug. 20-24) is $189. There is also a four-day backpacking trip up Garibaldi/Black Tusk (Aug. 13-16) that is $149.
