The planning area extends along the commercial strip of Marine Drive from Capilano Road to. the “District-City boundary, taking in two blocks to the south and several blocks to the north. Purpose of the study is to determine general land use and development policies for the next five to 10 years. It will concentrate on commercial developments in thé area, dealing with questions of appropriate land utilization, zoning, density, parking and traffic.
