Try them for a light supper dish. 1 20-ounce imported Holland Gouda % cup flour 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons butter Cut the cheese into slices about “% inch thick. Dredge with flour. Mix bread crumbs with seasoned salt, nutmeg and pepper. Dip floured cheese slices into beaten egg then coat with crumb mix- ture. Repeat this step if a heavier crust is desired. Melt butter in a heavy frying pan. Saute breaded imported Hol- land Gouda slices for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve immediately.
