pot plants

THE WEST Vancouver Police
and the North Vancouver RCMP
drug sections seized more than
$80,000 worth of hydroponically-
grown marijuana after searching a
West Vancouver home Dec. 3.

The police recovered 83 plants,
$15,900 worth of marijuana grow-
ing equipment and a .22 calibre
semi-automatic pisiol from a
home located in the 400-bicck of
Craigmohr Drive.

Feror Richard Mittelberg, 34, is
charged with possession of a nar-
cotic for the purvose of traffick-
ing, cultivation of marijuana and
possession of an unregistered
restricted weapon.
