The blitz, which started December 8 and which will run until January 3, has so far resulted in more than 100 charges being laid. Police say they have issued @ \ 19, 24-hour licence suspen- sions, have laid four charges of refusing to take a breath- alizer test and three charges of impaired driving. In all three cases, according to police, those charge have been over twice the .08 hmit.
