A WARM, nonjudgmental per- son with good communication skills is needed to co-facilitate a support group for parents in crisis. You don’t need to be a parent to volunteer. Training will be provided. . A WEIGHT-TRAINING _ in- structor is wanted to teach troubl- ed teens safe weight-training techniques. The hours are flexible. A BOOKKEEPER is required to do a small amount of basic bookkeeping for a focal society. Work at home if you prefer. Ap- proximately four hours of your time per month will be required. A DANCE instructor is wanted to teach a group of active seniors Texas Line Dancing. Good com- munication and teaching skills are an asset. EXPLORE sensitive issues with teens and seniors through dramatic role playing. Training will be provided. A PATIENT, companionable person’is needed to drive an el- derly gentleman and his seeing-eye dog once per week. The hours are from 9:30 a.m. to I p.m. on Tuesdays. A FRIENDLY, outgoing person who is over the age of 40 is need- ed by a local organization to help with publicity and recruitment. Good verbal communication skills are required. The hours are fiexi- ble. AN ARTS council that sponsors a craft fair annually needs a vol- unteer to send out registration material, set up an arts jury and generally coordinate the artisans during the fair.
