Saute onions in butter, remove and add to the chops. Stir flour into but- ter remaining in pan. Add more butter if necessary. Cook flour slowly for 2-3 minutes, but do not allow to brown. Add_ bouillon, vinegar and garlic salt and season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove {rom heat and add sour cream, stir- ring until blended. Pour over pota- toes, chops and onions. Bake at 375° covered for 4 hour and unco- vered for '4 hour. Serves 4.
