bly always remain a popular dec-
orating style because it responds to
our early pioneer history.

Recently though, tastes seem to
be turning toward more traditional
and more decorative styling.

The return of traditional interi-

ors has triggered interest in,

authentic wallcovering and fabric
reproductions to accompany anti-
ques and family heirlooms.

While the small all-over country
prints remain in demand, there is a
surging interest in large-scale tradi-
tional patterns -— such as damasks,
floral vine designs and wide
stripes.

Designers — as well as home-
owners — are very interested in
documentary designs that will
restore older homes to their origi-
nal grandeur or that will bring an
authentic traditional look to newer
homes.

be requalitied

build-up of propane vapors;

years of service a cylinder must be
requalified. To requalify a cyl-
inder, the relief valve must be
replaced; however, im most cases,
the shutoff valve and relief valve
are one combined unit.

Cylinders are date-stamped
usually on the protective collar.
Your propane supplier can assist
you in getting cylinders
reinspected.

In practical terms, it is usually
easier to simply buy a new tank
because it costs almost as much as
replacing the valve and requalify-
ing an older tank.
