By Anna Marie D’ Angelo News Reporter Betty Blezard said the bike was recovered in the Maplewood area, east of the Second Narrows Bridge. She said the police matched the bike by description only, without the benefit of a serial number. The youngster’s bike had been stolen along with Blezard’s bike on Aug. 31. Her husband’s bike was stolen on Aug. 27. All three bikes were unlocked and located near the front door of Blezard’s co-op townhouse on Hamber Place in the Mount Seymour Road area when they were stolen. Blezard estimated that 10 children and six adults had had their bikes stolen near her home in a recent two-week period.
