NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Vancouver, pursuant to Section
_ 892 of the Municipal Act of British Columbia, that a Public Hearing will be held on
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Hall,
