West Via School Board’s
current share of the NSUBH
budget was pegged at
$260,000. However, the
board refused to pay that
figure this year, and despite
political pressure,
renegotiated its share down
to $200,000. .

The schoo! board had
served notice that in 1986 it
would only be paying
$150,000.
