The employee was enter- ing his car in the alley behind the Lonsdale Avenue business when a gun barrel was pressed into his back and he was asked to hand over the bag he was carry- ing. The bag didn’t, however, contain the day’s receipts from the store — it was the employee’s lunch bag and contained only a set of keys and two Thermos bottles. ch The employee gave the bag to the man behind him, Started to give chase and then stopped when the man produced a handgun. A se- cond robber, also chased, also displayed a weapon. Police are looking for two Oriental males, one five- foot, six-inches tall and the other five-foot, seven. Four charges follow high-speed pursuit POLICE IN North Van- couver will lay four charges against a 43-year-old woman after a high-speed chase that started in Mount Seymour Park late Tuesday. The chase started shortly after 11 p.m. when police at- tempted to check a car at the top of Mt. Seymour. The driver took off, leading police on a chase down the mountain. The driver crashed through the closed park gates and lied police onto Mt. Seymour Parkway, finally pulling to a stop at-Mountain Highway and Arborlynn. Charges of impaired driv- ing, refusing a breath test, dangerous driving and fail- ing to stop for a police of- ficer, will be laid against the woman.
