Septemberfest celebrates
beginning of ski season

GROUSE MOUNTAIN
SEPTEMBERFEST... The second
annual Grouse Mountain
_Septemberfest will celebrate the
upcoming ski season with a com-
munity ski swap and mini-ski
show at the base. of the Super

Skyride on Saturday, Sept. 18.

The ski swap begins at 11 a.m. A
special feature includes the
gruelling mile-long Grouse Grind
Hill Climb, beginning at 1 p.m. at
the base of. the mountain. Other
events include: Greg Stump - ski
movies; a fashion show; live
bavarian music; logging shows;
and a family scavenger hunt. As

part of the day-long celebrations, .

13th. These additional sessions will cover the same material presented in

The workshops are designed to continue the process of developing a draft
plan tor the Gleneagles right of way prior to BCR Properties submitting a
format application to the District of West Vancouver seeking their approval.
The views of the community wil! shape the plan.

The workshops will be held in the Fairway Room at the Gleneagles Golf
‘Course Clubhouse—6190 Marine Drive, West Vancouver.
