(You will find the address and phone. number at the end of this column.) You should try to get the proper forms about six months prior to your 65th birthday, as it takes time dicating proof of age, such as a birth certificate or baptisimal re- cord, but if you do not have these, you will be advised as to what other means of proof of age will be acceptable in your case. You must send original documents as copies will not do. ; Should you be unable to do this because of some disability, a friend or relative can apply on your behalf. For anyone who did not apply at the time of their impending 65th birthday, it is possible to apply up to five years afterwards, and the pension will be paid from the 65th year.
