night (Saturday). The parade starts at 6:30 p.m. in the Extra Foods parking lot (17th & Lonsdale,
North Vancouver) and is scheduled to arrive at the Mickey McDougall Gymnasium on 23rd Street
at 7:15 p.m. The parade is held annually to mark the birthday of scouting founder Lord Baden-
Powell. Getting in a little pre-parade practice are (left to right): Jordon Appleby, Trevor Menzies,
Tasha Rennie, Claire Morris, Scott Menzies and Daniele Barron. :
