The latest round of talks has in- volved Constitutional: Affairs Minister Joe Clark and constitutional representatives from the provincial gov- ernments. Critics say the talks are abstract and divert federal politicial attention from the real problems facing Canada such as the country’s poor economy. Other people say the taiks are important because Canada needs to become a more cohesive country to solve future probiems. What | is your” view of the constitutional process?
