dumped Thursday on a
paved open area of
Lynnaterm which drains
into Lynn Creek and
Burrard Inlet.

Federal Fishenes officers
found that fish died within
five minutes of being placed
in samples of the liquid and
the department anticipates
laying charges as a result of
the dumping

The incident occurred just
one week after Fisheries and
Oceans issued a summons
charging North Vancouver
Distrct with eight counts of
polluting Lynn Creck Seven
of the charges relate to
leachate from the nearby
Premier Street Landfill and

entering the creek from
municipal work near the
