REZONING BYLAW

The Council for The Corporation of the District of _&
North Vancouver will hold a Public Hearing under the
provisions of the Municipal Act in the Council. .
Shamber of the Municipal Hall, 355-West Queens *
Road, North Vancouver, B.C. on Tuesday, Maren 16,
1982 following the Public Hearings in respect of
Bylaws 6427, 6431, 6432 and 6433 commencing at
7:00 p.m. to consider the foliowing:

BYLAW 6422 “Rezoning Bylaw 922”
Applicant: The Corporation of the Disirict of
North Vancouver.

To amend the Zoning Byiaw TEXT
by deleting regulations dealing with
non-conforming uses, buiidings and
structures.

Te avoid redundant regulations and
inconsistency between the Zoning
Bylaw and the Municipal Act.
Regulations dealing with non-
conformity are contained in the
Municipal Act and therefore do not
require repetition in the Zoning
Bylaw.
