The lectures will be presented by Lynne Cove, a registered nurse and level III trainer of fitness leaders. Cove opened her own private practice as a wellness counsellor in 1986 and presently offers creative well-being courses, seminars and private counselling sessions to groups and individuals. She also teaches Tai Chi and is currently a consultant for a community-based wellness program for older adults, The first lecture of the series begins on Monday, Feb. 11, be- tween 7 and 9 p.m. The topic will be Building Self Esteem.
