. “WIN YOUR WAY ACROSS THE PACIFIC" travel contest is open to ail adults,

19 years of age or older, except NORTH SHORE NEWS employees ana their im-
mediate families. However, those who act as newssiuoder Carriers for the NORTH
SHORE NEWS and their tamilies are eligible.

. Entries must be made on official eritry forms available at the business preinises

of participating business epeiations or clipped from the North Shore News. No
mechanical reproductions are allowed.

. Allentries must be signed by the person whose name appears on the entry form.

if an entry drawn for a prize is not signed it will be declared null and void,

. Only one entry per person per visil to a participating store or office.
. Prizes must be taken as awarded on “seat availability” basis, as dictated by ihe

airlines, involved with the contest. Travel must be completed by March 31, 1987.
However, the tours and travel arrangements may be extended or changed upon
negotiation and payment of any additional charges brought about by such changes
as the winner may wish to negotiate with the West Vancouver office of Intra-Hagen,
1425 Marine Drive, the travel agent making the arrangements for this contest.

. The contest begins September 10, 1986 and closes October 22, 1986. The draw

wilt be held October 24, 1986. The two winners will be notified at the earliest possi-
ble moment and the names of the winners will be announced in the eartiest possi-
ble issue of the NORTH SHORE NEWS.

. Winners must agree 10 pose for pictures and be available on a ‘no fee’ basis,

tor any promotional purposes deemed necesssary by the NORTH SHORE NEWS.

. The first signed eniry drawn that tullills correctly the eaecdition. of this contest

willbe decluradinc Cust Prize Winner. That person will have the choice of a tour
from Vancouver to Hong Kong or New Zealand for two persons sharing accom-
modations. The second prorerly signed entry drawn that fulfilis correctly the con-
ditions of this contest will be declared the Second Prize Winner. That person will
teceive either the tour to Hong Kong or to New Zealand; the tour NOT chosen
by the Firs! Prize Winner, HOWEVER, the winner of the first prize and his im-
mediate family are not eligible for the second prize. Additional entries may be
drawn if eithes one of t' first two entries drawn is ineligible for the prizes or those
persons cannot be contacted by Ihe NORTH SHORE NEWS within seven days
of the draw.

. Airlines used for the tours are Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong and Air New Zealand

to New Zealand. The tour to Hong Kong includes return airfare, hotel accommoda-
tions, sightseeing and other services as described in Tour No. 1, Class ‘C’ category
of the Discovery Tours ‘86/87 brochure. The tour in New Zealand includes return
airfare by Air New Zealand. Land arrangements of hoteis. bus sightseeing tour
and other services are supplied by Guthreys New Zealand Tours, as desctibed
in Guthreys Happy Wonderland Tour in Guthrey’s brochure 1986/1987,

. Not included in prizes are airport taxes, insurance and any other charges not in-

cluded in the above named packages

. Selected winners will be required to correctly answer a lime-limited skill-testing

question.
