and open championships last
week in Winnipeg.

Holiday fun for kids

Wondering what the kids
are going to do over the
Christmas holidays? Fear
not! The North Vancouver
Recreation Centre is offering
a ‘‘Christmas Break
Program” beginning
Monday, December 29 and
running for five days, until
Friday, January 2.

Daily activities are from
9:00 am to 4:30 pm and
include crafts, games.
gymnastics, skating, dancing
and drama.

Children are supervised
the whole day, including the
lunch break for which they
must bring along a lunch.

The registration fee is
$22.00 for the week and
includes admission and skate
rentals should the children
need skates.

Registrations are being
accepted at the Recreation
Centre Front Office during
office hours.
