Sutherland woke from his
sleep at 7:00 yesterday
morning as flames ripped
through, his house at 330
Inglewood in West Van-
couyer. His parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Hugh Sutherland, and

their other children, Nancy
and Pat, 19, Doug 16, and.

Kathy, 10, were all sound
asleep.

The entire family .awoke,
and made it safely outside.
Robbie and his brother Doug
ran to the neighboring house
and beat on the door. From
there they called the West
Vancouver fire department.
