And as new developments take shape near Lonsdale Avenue and along the water- front, the city’s Advisory Design Panel reviews develop- ment proposals and encour- ages quality designs. One of the ways it accom- plishes this through Advisory Design Panel Awards Recently, three awards were given iv ‘he city, The project at 18u! The relatively small site presented a design challenge for Besharat Friars Architects and Keith Korotuk Landscape Architect, hired by Inlet View Development, Their response was an innovative use of the lane for individual pedestrian and vehicular access to some dwelling units, including a secured “autocoure” entry.
